In every organization, there are three levels of management hierarchy namely, strategic, managerial and operational. The strategic level has top-level managers as the people responsible for developing the company’s strategies (Ivanov, 2015). The people who hold the title of high-level managers include Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Operational Officer (COO), Chief Finance Officer (CFO), President, Vice President, Corporate head and Chief Information Officer (Anzengruber et al., 2017). Usually, they make decisions that affect the whole organization and make strategies that improve productivity, increase sales and profits. They also make strategies that improve employees experience in the company to enhance motivation and reduce the turnover. The managerial level is solely concerned with the management of the strategies developed by the top level management.
