In the Modern world, most of the problems in the work field comes from the lack of understanding between the manager and the employees or between employees one another. As human, the employees will be more productive and more hard working when the manager is understanding and helpful. The employees will feel that the manager is close to them personally because he understands the issue or the situation his employee is going through. When the manager understands and willing to help the employees under him, the employees will try their best to meet the expectation of this great respectful manager because they appreciate his understanding. Understanding is a great trait every great Manager should have.
