In any organization or business, there is the need of ensuring that the customers are satisfied with the services and products they are offered for them to acknowledge that a particular organization or business are valuing them. Getting employment is not an easy task especially in this competing environment where many people are educated thus, competing for the limited employment opportunities. Just like in marketing of products and different types of goods an individual who can market him/herself when looking for employment need to ensure that he/she is of value to attract many employment opportunities. Marketing oneself for a job means that an individual need to be qualified, skilled and has the relevant knowledge required to undertake a particular job.
