Go back and take a look at your discussion posts, your drafts & your peer evaluation comments, and put together a cohesive document.

Cover page

  • Title of your report (Job title/company name)
  • Your name

Introduction

  • Use “Introduction” as section heading
  • Should be 150 to 200 words
  • Single-space
  • Use multiple paragraphs
    • See chapters 1 & 6, and page 115 for tips

Discussion

  • Use “Discussion” as section heading
  • Should be 550 to 800 words
  • Single-space
  • Use multiple paragraphs
  • Include resource information with proper citations
  • Incorporate visual images with proper captions
    • See chapters 3, 4 & 6, and pages 131-136 for tips

Recommendations

  • Use “Recommendations” as section heading
  • Should be 150 to 200 words
  • Single-space
  • Use multiple paragraphs or bullets
    • Do not use “in my opinion” for recommendations (let the discussion section justify your choices)

Sources

The problem described in this paper is hard to decipher, but what I could get was that Planet Fitness scores very low on surveys, especially in the area customer service. Because of this, Planet Fitness loses existing and potential customers regularly and misses out of revenue.

The recommendation of having a customer appreciation program as well as implementing employee training on the importance of good customer relations is a great idea to improve customer satisfaction. It would work because people that are already customers will feel appreciated and may develop loyalty to the brand. With positive experience and word of mouth, planet fitness’ reputation could improve. With that, they gain more clients and more revenue.

I would score this at a 25pts.

The problem described in this white paper report is the dissatisfaction of Planet Fitness customers in regards to customer service of the employees. It stresses the importance of customer satisfaction in this industry and the lack of attentiveness resulting in low scores when it comes to renewal of memberships.

The recommended solution is educating and training current Planet Fitness employees on appropriate customer service skills. I believe this is a realistic solution as many employers provide their staff with customer service courses and training. While in person training may not be possible for every Planet Fitness location, online courses for customer service are widely available for business owners to supply to their employees.

50/50 I thought this draft of the white paper report was a very good start to the paper. The problem is stated clearly in the introduction, expanded upon in the body of the paper, and a realistic solution was given to rid the company of the problem.
