The effect of the Merger on the Manager

A merger refers to the joining of two organizations into one. In this case, two local hospitals have merged to become one big hospital. For the effective management of the hospitals, there must be some strategy which ought to be employed on the part of the management. The merging of the two hospitals come with challenges because the area of management has increased in size.
