    • Employee engagement 
    • Change management principles
    • Team dynamics

 

Create a presentation to show your CNO how you plan to address the topic.

 

Format your assignment as a 9- to 10-slide presentation

    • Include speaker notes with your slides
    • Remember the title slide and the reference slide to do not count in the number of required slides.

Grading rubric:

-Selected Mitigating bullying and lateral violence or Managing conflict or Using power to influence or Improving communication or Valuing diversity. Includes a Title Page, Reference Page and References. Meets the slide count remembering the title slide and reference slide do not count in the number of required slides. Uses speaker notes to clarify slide. 40% of total grade

-Explains your plan to carry out your selected topic. Includes all four topics- Available resources: time, budget, space, personnel • Employee engagement • Change management principles • Team dynamics. 30% of total grade

 

-Create a 8-10 slide presentation. Remembering the title slide and reference slide do not count in the number of required slides. 25% of total grade

-Creates an APA-formatted Title page/slide, Reference page/slide, and proper citations and references. 5% of total grade
