Comparing and Contrasting Strengths and Weaknesses of their Judicial System

German’s judicial system has more strength as compared to the judicial system of the United States. For instance, in the German’s system of civil justice, the judges are given full mandates to judge. They take evidence where required, frame issues and also decide the case according to the law. They execute their duties professionally without leaving procedural decisions to the competing lawyers (Pound, 2018). The judge in the German system guides the process from the start of the lawsuit unbiasedly applying the law to facts. Such a system portrays an example of how the civil justice system should be like to provide justice to the parties.
