Skakoon, “The Unwritten Laws of Engineering” illustrate that the primary obstacle to the success of engineers is personal and administrative instead of technical nature as most people believe. According to the article, most engineers possess sufficient technical knowledge and skills to perform their duties. Thus, most professional engineers struggle in their careers due to their inability to adhere to unwritten laws of their careers.
