For this discussion, reflect on this course and identify 3 Good Things about the classroom component of this course.
Student example
Three good things about the class are as follows:
The first component is the online learning environment. This is especially important due to the pandemic in which we find ourselves. This was a supportive classroom where students focused on specific goals outlined in the class objectives and collectively learned each team member’s strengths.
The second component is the values and tactics we focused on. This helped us evaluate any problems we faced in the classroom and overcome them by incorporating positive aspects such as humor, novelty, and fascination into reality. It was a lot of fun and enjoyable, thanks to the professor.
The third good thing about the classroom was what we came away with. We learned about leadership and how it functions in the workplace and everyday life. We learned the impact of different leadership styles on employees, as well as the effects communication could have on individuals. We learned what makes a strong leader and what it takes to be in a position of authority and be a positive role model for others.
