DISCUSSION BOARD #2: After reviewing the materials and resources on change management strategies, consider the following:
- What do you feel are the most effective ways to communicate during change?
- How would you go about getting the organization members (employees) involved in the change process?

Discussion board#1: Four Reasons for Resistance. Organizational change helps in improving efficiency within a workplace but sometimes employees appear to resist the change being introduced. The following are the four reasons why people/employees resist change within an organization. Firstly, is fear of failure that makes employees hesitate in accepting the organizational change being introduced. This is because no employee would wish to adopt a new responsibility that would only make him/her mess up. The second reason is the lack of trust in the new leadership. The third reason is the loss of control or job security. This resistance mainly happens when an organization announces its plans of downsizing or restructuring the organization. And the fourth reason is bad timing in the implementation of change. When too much change is heaped on the employees, within a short duration of time, resistance occurs (Jabri, 2012)……………………….
