Module 04: Strategy Decisions, Alignment, and Change
Vision plays a central role in change management. You must have an idea in order to exert the resources to achieve it, and this idea is the long-term vision you see for the organization. Change starts with an impression or the dream of something better, and then effective leaders and managers gather and utilize the necessary resources to achieve that dream. In this module, we will discuss the role of vision in change management. We will also explore the various approaches that an organization can utilize to create an inspiring vision statement.
