In Greek, love is an excellent theme, while today, it is presented in music, movies, and books.  Symposium by Plato consisted of various speeches about love given during parties in ancient Greece. The symposiums were usually conducted in areas that were designed to host dinners and parties, and the guests composed speeches (Candiotto, 15).
