This should not be a verbatim or a transcript, but a summary of the content articulated based on the questions asked. 3) It should be a process of your personal/professional/career projection — as in how the experience of this interviewee parallels and departs from your aspirations. You can choose your own headings, but they must cover the content and lead the reader through the paper well.
