Complexity has become a common issue in many social and organizational settings; this has resulted to several problems in the situations where this problem has not been addressed (Kay, 2006). Following the impacts associated with complexity, there is an increased need to designate an approach of gaining some insights regarding such insights and afterwards managing them effectively. The concept of complexity can be employed in various settings abut in this chapter; it has been used to explain a system made of multiple elements which are able to interact with one another and whose probable behavioral conditions can amalgamate in manners that are difficult to predict or analyze.
