PPH PROTOCOL IMPLEMENTATION STRATEGY.

Quoted fom syllabus:

Using leadership and management principles and theories, develop a project implementation strategy. Problem solving, decision making and change management theories are expected to be evidenced in the implementation plan.

The strategy should include an overall goal or project outcome statement.

Clear measurable objectives should be stated that will guide the implementation plan.

The Who, what, when, where and how of the project’s implementation will be explained in detail.

Any unintended consequences of the plan should be explored.

At the conclusion, it should be clear to the reader how this plan will be implemented. Tables, charts and diagrams may be used to provide clarity on the implementation details. This section of the paper should be completed in 3-4 pages. APA format is expected.
