• Memo should be 1 page (single spaced); use memo template in Word; address to BOD; use business voice; use subheads; some bullet point is okay, but not all bullet point

NOTE: We will connect to the Capstone by using Teamviewer, as I will share with you the ID and the Pass.Then, you will get all the report you need for round 1 & 2 .After that, we will disconnected from Teamviwere and then you have about 24 hours to complete the Learning Memo.
