Project manager

            A project manager will take overall responsibility of all the phases of the project on bar restaurant.  This will entail successful initiation of the project, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and the final closure of project. A project manager measures the risk that the project will or will not be successfully executed. His main concern should be on the uncertainties that result into risk. The project manager should also organize the tasks and work force required for the initiation of the project on bar and restaurant (Baker, Murphy & Fisher, 2008).
