Your assignment must follow these formatting guidelines:

Be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides; references must follow APA format.

Include a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student’s name, the professor’s name, the course title, and the date. The cover page and the reference page are not included in the requiredpage length.

SELECTED TOPIC: 13 YEAR OLD BOY SHOOTS HER MOTHER TO DEATH

The above topic is my topic of interest on which I will base all my arguments on it through out my proposal. There are several reasons as to why I have chosen the above topic to carry out my proposal plan. One of the reasons is that the topic depicts a violent and brutal act by the little boy towards his biological mother. Secondly, I have chosen the topic because the boy committed a crime which is equally committed by many adults and therefore I would have genuine reasons as to why minors who commit violent crimes should not be tried in the same way as adults are tried……………….
