You have determined the objectives, strategies, and tactics needed for a strategic plan. For this task, develop an implementation plan for your IT Strategy and Policies.
Formulate a plan that includes the following:
- Provide a plan to implement your IT Strategic Plan and consequently, your IT Policies.
- Be sure to include the following elements in your plan:
- Milestones and suggested timeline
- Stakeholders and responsibilities
- Communication plan
- Leadership involvement
- Any other information pertinent to implementing your strategic plan
