If you are not familiar with any of the healthcare organizations, provide a hypothetical quality initiative project for a healthcare organization and discuss the teams which would be needed to initiate, implement and successfully execute the project. Discuss the purpose and intended outcomes of the quality initiative and how it will improve care across the organization.
