Assignment 1. Different requirements are needed to ensure that a counselor is well versed in their area of specialization. In future, I would like to be a mental health counselor, and this implies that I have to deal with the cases that involve people having hardships in balancing their careers and this is attributed to the increased stress levels (Naugle, 2009).  In most cases, the patients suffer from depression, and this means that one has to be qualified to meet the demands of the patients. The requirements of a mental health counselor are that one needs to have master’s degree and they should be accredited by the jurisdiction in the area. Different tests are administered in levels, and they assist in making sure that one has the qualifications that are required. Looking at the level A test, it is important that there is the establishment of the particular profession that one needs follow. Level B involves having the right course work done and this involves doing the tests that are related to the course. The level C entails having the right requirements and the completion of the profession (Whiston, 2017)……………….
