Answer preview

Racial discrimination simply means treating a person or a group of people differently from the other people depending on their color, religion, origin, race, background and even their political stand. Power contributes greatly to this situation since it determines  the kind of people or the group of people it can favor .Racism is evident in most nations like India and also some African nations like Kenya depending on gender and color (Bateman & Hill,2011). The majority tend to enjoy an added advantage over the minority group which is considered to be inferior. Racial discrimination mostly depends on corruption when it comes to delivery of services, social benefits, and opportunities and also management and provision of public facilities. People may be denied access to specific resources or even jobs on the basis of their national origin, colour or race…………………….
