America is growing and changing in economy and democracy, but there remains an alarming range of racial disparity especially when it comes to Black Americans and other ethnic groups. These groups of people are always seen as either immigrants, rebels or thugs and non-resident of America. The black are discriminated based on their color and particularly stereotyping that has shoehorned this perception among the Native Americans. Ethnic groups in America are on the receiving end whenever harsh laws get passed or whenever they commit a crime. They are seen as tools of disturbance and an object of violence whenever they raise their voices in their noble quest for fairness and justice. Their claims and proclamations though sensible and worth of attention are ill-treated as unnecessary noises and disrespectful to Americans..
