Reflecting on my early childhood program and what I learned through my action study project have had positive implications on my education practice and exceeded my anticipations. I have experienced a significant amount of growth in the way I oversee my work, relate with peers, and knowledge in general. I believe that with action research, one is set to take up any challenge that they experience in the education practice to bring about change. In early childhood education, action research can help to improve the conditions under which educators and students learn.
