The purpose of writing this memo is to request for permission to conduct research with the employees of the organization regarding the possibility of adopting teleworking as one of the means of conducting work in the organization. The proposal of teleworking has been viewed as effective in improving employee satisfaction and allowing longer hours of work without straining the schedule of employees. Essentially, I am requesting the permission to carry out primary and secondary research on the topic as part of a larger proposal to adopt teleworking in our company. With the permission to go ahead, I feel I will come up with convincing evidence on why the company should adopt teleworking. Furthermore, if proved otherwise, there will be convincing evidence why adopting the policy would be harmful to the company…………
