1a. Problems on coding the questionnaire

The numbers that were supposed to be circled had been placed on the wrong side, which made the questionnaire a bit untidy and not appealing to the respondents. The questions were not well spaced, thus making the questionnaire not pleasant and unappealing to the people who were supposed to fill (Jin, Cheng & Wang, 2015).
