Federal Reserve and Quantitative Easing
1) For your paper which is due next , you will research from a newspaper or news magazine or from a reputable online source that deals with U.S. Fiscal Policy or the Federal Reserve’s Monetary Policy. Write a two page essay analyzing the Fiscal Policy or Monetary Policy stated in the article. Your analysis should apply the Aggregate Supply/Aggregate Demand model to analyze what action is being undertaken or proposed and what impact it is expected to have. You should not repeat the content of your discussion post (which asks a different question). The two page requirement does not include the title and reference pages.
While the underlying content comes from weeks 5-7, there are many concepts introduced in this course thus far that should be utilized in the paper.
All written papers need to be submitted as .rtf or .doc or .docx files; these are uploaded into canvas. If you run a Mac or WordPerfect, please “save as” your submission in one of these formats.
General Guidelines:
- Papers should be typed, size 12 font, double-spaced, with 1” margins.
- Page limits vary by assignment, but title and reference pages are not included in page length.
- Papers will be graded using the “Evaluation of Written Assignments.”
- All papers should list references and conform to the APA format.
