Project schedule is a tool used to offer communication on what actions need to be done at a particular time. Project schedule is used at times to determine and reflect the time for delivering a task. Project scheduling contains different tools which enable its enactment. These tools include critical path method, schedule network analysis and leads & lags (Wren, 2018).
