Discuss the challenges and risks related to the creation of a scope, acceptance, its management, control, and scope adjustment during project execution. The Blood Bank Management System project is designed to mitigate the challenges associated with the current manual system. Specifically, the system is designed to reduce errors during data entry and notify the user when feeding invalid information (Ekanayaka & Wimaladharma, 2015). Besides, no formal knowledge will be required from the uses for them to use the newly developed technological system (Ekanayaka & Wimaladharma, 2015).
