Should “certain sex offenders” (based on the type of crime) be mandated to register as “sex offenders” for life?
Topic/Instructions
Lifetime Sex Offender Registration
There are many restrictions placed on convicted sex offenders even after they have completed their “sentence.” Although sex offenders are not the only category of offenders who have restrictions placed on them “post-conviction,” there are more restrictions, many of which some would say are more severe than for example, convicted drug offenders and/or convicted domestic violence offenders.
