Should the government guarantee loans for small businesses that are missing the necessary track record, assets, or other ingredients to obtain a commercial bank loan? What benefit do we, as a nation of taxpayers, receive from such grants and loan guarantees?

3) Search for other agencies that offer loans and grants.

How reliable are your sources of information?

Do you have enough information to make a decision to invest or borrow money?
