Product differentiation deals with trying to make a firms product or service look different from competitors. For Bright Horizon Family solution, they offer variety of world curriculum which includes Art Smart, Movement Matters Zone and Math counts. All this is in attempt to create a brand loyalty and have an advantage over their rivals. At Starbucks, product differentiation is evident as it is one of their strategies to gain customer loyalty. The cost for coffee at this shop is low as compared to its main competitor such as McDonalds and Dunkin Donuts. This enables consumers stick at Starbucks coffee.
