Street art refers to an artwork usually displayed in public places especially on streets, walls on buildings among other surfaces viewed by the public. In most cases, street art is displayed in a guerrilla art form that is developed with the intention of making a public message regarding the community in which the artist lives. On the other hand, graffiti refers to drawings or writings that have been painted, scratched or scribbled illegally on walls and other public view places. Graffiti varies from simple words to complicated paintings. Graffiti artists display their work in open areas with interests of showing other artists about their skills.
