Change is usually inevitable in organizations. Technology and other aspects of working change and therefore people have to evolve with them. Good change agents are also scholar-professionals who research and are curious. The agents are also driven by the need to conserve the environments are resources. I have personally led change in my organization and succeed because of changing the attitudes and behaviors of members of the organization. Therefore, research and changes in thinking are essential.
