The National labor relations board ruled that the students who play for the North Western University be considered as employees of the school and should fairly enjoy employee benefits as well as form a union .The football players were considered and treated as students initially, however, the ruling from the Labor board can now give them an opportunity to push for collective bargaining with the university as well as medical covers.
