However, this book is based on Christianity, and I am not trying to force values on you, so you have the option of the other journal book,The Gifts of Imperfection by Brene’ Brown. This book also uses meditation, but is not necessarily Christian based. You will submit a summary of each chapter in a journal on Blackboard. The journal is located under tools, then journal. You are not required to use this as your new spiritual practice, but you can if you would like.
