Money, marketshare and technology cannot guarantee the success of the entrepreneur.  Entrepreneurs also need the right founding team to capitalize on their business ideas.

Write a 2-3 page paper.

Address the following in your paper:

• What skills and experiences will you look for in the members of your team?
• What relationships will you look for in the members of your team? (i.e., mentors, suppliers, customers?)
• Where will you find your team members?
• How long will it take you to find your team members?

Include a title page and 3-5 references.  Write in 3rd person.

Only one reference may be from the internet (not Wikipedia).  The other references must be from the Grantham University online library.  Please adhere to the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association (APA), (6th ed., 2nd printing) when writing and submitting assignments and papers.

What skills and experiences will you look for in the members of your team?

Identifying experience is a fundamental aspect for group confidence. Particularly, experience can help a team to identify different individuals and allow them to shine in their qualified areas. On the other hand, skills are necessary in a team because they chase away boredom among the members to the project at hand. Basically, it is crucial to have skilled individuals in a team before anything kicks off.  Therefore, for one to qualify as a team member of my group he or she must be competent to problem solving, easily adaptable to change, effective to daily activities, must be able to respond honestly to incidents, be able to summon idea effectively and communicate with other external contacts honestly, and must analyze tasks effectively (Lund, 2011). Those are some of the requirement which one should have to qualify as a team member of my organization……………….
