I need to answer these two questions. They are separate assigments.
1- The research proposal will be based on TECHNOLOGY AND SOCIAL ISOLATION. The
purpose of the proposal is to persuade your reader to believe that you are interested in the
topic and ready to learn how to develop the topic into a project. The format of the proposal is
a sentence outline. Use APA style to document any sources referenced in your proposal. I
am attaching the doc to work on call Week 3 proposal directions
For question 2 you need to review a paper I submitted in week 2 that I am also
attaching.

There is a generalized growing need of communicating and being updated on global
situations through the internet. Not only younger but also older generations are more and
more involved on the internet sensation. There are numerous advantages when using
technology in a responsible way. People can save time and money when shopping online,

they can be in contact with friends that do not see in years, many job opportunities are
reviewed in minutes while it had taken days on the old way and the list goes on. Technology
can also be used to fight social isolation through social media which exposes an individual to
a wider scope of communication space
On the other hand, the negative impact of its overuse cannot be denied. Kids are spending
more time in front of a computer playing games than playing outside, consequently, obesity,
diabetes and other health problems have raised alert and statistics continue growing. The
behavioral and psychological effects of the kids, not counting the cyberbullying associated
with it, is alarming. We live in a very demanding and consuming society, where parents are
forced to spend most of the day away from their kids and kids find a very easy path to
promote
