The social media has a great impact on my decision when finding the right candidate for a particular job opening this is because in these sites you can be able to get a lot of information about someone even before meeting with him or her for example in Facebook one can get a glimpse of someone’s character after scheming through his or her profile hence this information would be vital in the determination of the best suited candidate.
