In the era of high-competition, economic instability, and changing consumer patterns, the imperatives for attracting and retaining creative employees cannot be overemphasized. While MBA offering from most business schools in the United States and other developed countries continue to depend on the on-ground format for training their students, technology has increased the adoption of the online format thereby creating a surge in the enrollment figures of these institutions. Therefore, the concern regarding the capabilities of online MBA programs to produce graduates with the creative skills that would impact their employers’ operations positively remains despite the increased adoption of the virtual format.
