A tort is a civil wrong that does not involve a breach of contract or a breach of trust arising in damage remedied by unliquidated damages ( J.G.M. Tyas, (1973), Law of Torts). A business may be involved in various forms of torts, but mainly there are three types of torts; Intentional, strict liability and negligence.
