Today’s work environment requires staff members to be highly skilled when performing their tasks in an efficient, safe and cost-effective manner. Training is a performance enhancement tool that is imperative when employees are not performing per the required standards. The high number of injury and accident related incidents indicates the need for a training program to equip the employees with the vital skills better.
