- Group presentation:
1) The group will collaborate and work together as a team on the assigned evidence-based practice issue in the clinical setting. The power point will be about the chosen topic (my topic safe staffing levels ) , exploring and sharing information on the practice problem or issue. A summary of findings from a literature review to include at least 3 related research studies evidence- based research recommendations to address the practice issue and improve the safety of patients and quality of care based on this evidence, and factors that need to be considered to implement recommendations including barriers.
The students will touch on how the integration of evidence-based practice promotes a patient centered environment. The students should include cultural considerations in each topic to be presented. Please refer to the rubrics for the group project.afe staffing levels.

2) The discussion posting should be concise, yet comprehensive, a minimum of 250 words and should evidence a thorough review of the literature by synthesizing information, but NOT describing each source in detail. In other words learn to read a journal article and paraphrase concisely what you have learned from that journal. The initial response should be based on peer reviewed scholarly journals and textbooks, not websites such as Wikipedia, Google, etc. The initial response should provide 1 APA formatted scholarly journal reference.

Initial Discussion Question: According to Polit & Beck (2018), QUALITATIVE studies include “narrative data (that) can be obtained by conversing with participants, by making notes about their behavior in naturalistic settings, or by obtaining narrative records, such as diaries” (p. 45).
