For this transcription Assignment, you will practice transcribing dictation of three legal documents. These documents are formal pleadings that would be submitted to an attorney for review and signature.

Refer back to what you have learned thus far about formatting documents, making sure that capitalization and punctuation are used properly. Your submitted transcription must be in final form.

You are to prepare the three documents listed, eg, the Petition for Dissolution of Marriage, Verification, and Joint Affidavit Regarding Separation of the Parties. Be sure to include an APA ormatted cover sheet as well as APA formatted reference page with your submission.
