The video on Weight of the nation part 4 explains the challenges that many people usually encounter in their lifestyle which can be attributed to diseases and economic difficulties. Many problems are discussed in the video which resonates with my life experience. From the video, there is an individual who explained that she is suffering from high blood pressure which has hindered her from conducting basic things for example eating. This condition I can resonate well with my life challenges that I encounter since my dad also suffers from high blood pressure and diabetes. The third challenge that I face is am a little bit fat which increases my chances of becoming obese. Since my father is suffering from high blood pressure and diabetes, it has become difficult for me to offer medication to him since the family is experiencing financial challenges.
