The website I found is about women the work field during the British industrial revolution.
The website is very detailed. It has graphs/charts that explain statistics for women during
this time.
The site has a chart that lists jobs and includes apporx estimate of how many men
worked during the time and comparing it to how many women. The website details by
listing type of jobs women had and their exact roles in those positions. The site also
describes non wage earners, and self employed women.
I think when reading about the British Industrial revolution, you have an idea of what
women worked with. This site is very amazing because it is very detailed and gives you
more of an insight of womens jobs during this time. The site ws created with much detail.

Here is a link I found with the help of the college librarian, on WW1. The link consists of
videos, images, and articles that have to do with the First World War. For warning, you
might have to use your college ID to gain access to the link.
The First World War also known as The Great War or The War to End all Wars, was from
July 28, 1914 to November 11, 1918. It began with the assassination of Archduke
Ferdinand. The war introduced new technology such early tanks, machine guns,
airplanes, and Bio-weapons (mustard gas). One of the worst parts of the war was trench
warfare with the term No Mans Land because if you were to advance you would get gun
down. A lot of key historical figures fought in the great war such as Hitler, Patton,
Rommel, Stalin, and Churchill who rose from its ashes and took vital roles in WW2. One

figure who I admire during WW1 was Lawrence of Arabia. He helped fight off the forces
of the Ottoman Empire.
This link is very interesting to look at if ever you need to do an assignment based on the
Great War. I am thankful to the librarian who helped me find this link. It never hurts to ask
for help. I so excited to learn about WW1 and WW2 in the up coming class lectures. I
hope this will help your knowledge.

The Mesopotamians and the Egyptians also developed military, political, religious and social structures to deal with the fundamental issues of human existence as well as the organization. These writings and literature records allow people today to view how they dealt with the nature of human relationships and the universe, and also the role the divine forces played in that cosmos.
