Write a Reflection Paper focusing on a specific IT application or system. You can choose any one technological alternative below and examine how the technology is being applied in public or nonprofit sectors.

• Artificial Intelligence (AI), or
• Blockchain, or
• Hybrid Cloud technologies, or
• Geographic Information Systems (GIS), or
• The Internet of Things (IoT), or
• Autonomous Vehicles (AV), or
• There are extra types of technologies on the slides on the attachment (the ppt is helpful)

You should provide at least three sections:

(a) basic principles of the technology.

(b) uses of the technology in the public or nonprofit sector; and

(c) an in-depth empirical case study where the technology has been applied.

Obviously, the paper should have an introduction and a conclusion. The paper can be about 6 to 8 pages.

The following rubric will be used for evaluating the exam:

1. Basic principles (30%)
2. Uses in public/ nonprofit sector (30%)
3. Empirical case study (30%)
4. Writing quality (10%)–this includes formatting your bibliography in APA style.
