1) Interview a business manager within an established business If you choose to
interview a business manager, your first task is to find someone who is employed at a
local/regional firm. This manager should ideally have faced – or currently faces – the
development of a new element within his or her organization (i.e. a new product, service,
department, market, etc.)
Your interview will focus on learning about their experience developing the new element.
Therefore, your paper will discuss the insights you gained during the interview. Make
