The last 3 presidents have had unique relationships with the CDC and WHO. As you see, COVID-20 cases are on the rise significantly in 20 states. Through the principle of federalism, each state is addressing
this crisis differently. This raises the questions of how states choose to follow the CDC and WHO guidelines. Remember for your grid it was President Trump-January 2017-present, President Obama- January, 2009-January 2017, President George W. Bush 2001-2009. Also, it is
their political policies. This is usually located at the Republican and the Democratic
