In 1963, the civil right revolution was at its peak, and the government of the United States was not happy with the activities of the civil right movement. The court, therefore, issued an order that illegalized demonstrations by civil rights groups. On April 12, 1963, Martin Luther King Junior led demonstrations in Brigham against the court order which he felts was unjust. King was arrested on the same day or going against the court order, incarcerated for the whole day and denied the right to contact his lawyers…….
